Swagat Developers has planned to develop commercial complex 'Swagat Twincity Highstreet' at Sargasan in Gandhinagar district of Gujarat.
The commercial complex will spread over 3.11 acre of land and comprise two buildings of three level basement+G+six floors with 305 shops, 222 offices, one food court, one game zone and one cinema of five screens, including modern amenities.
In December 2019, Swagat Developers received environment clearance (EC) from the Gujarat State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for the project.
work is yet to commence. The project will be completed by April 2027.
